What is Box Office Binge?

Box Office Binge is available for Cinergy Elite members to purchase a ticket to see as many movies as they want* and eat all the popcorn they can, at all Cinergy locations!

*Studio restrictions will apply. Not valid for special event titles.

Can I reserve my movies in advance?

Box Office Binge movies can only be reserved in-store on Box Office Binge Day, please arrive before the first movie you’d like to see and reserve your seat with a team member at concessions or box office.

I'm not an Elite member, can I buy a ticket?

Tickets are available to Cinergy Elite members only, if you aren’t already a member and would like to participate in Box Office Binge, you can join Cinergy Elite for free at www.cinergy.com/elite-rewards to unlock tickets!

Can I buy my Box Office Binge ticket in-store?

Yes, Box Office Binge tickets are available in-store and can be purchased the day of the event, however capacity is limited, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

I don't want a Box Office Binge ticket, can I still see a movie?

Yes, Cinergy will be open for regular business as well as Box Office Binge ticket holders.

Can I share my Box Office Binge ticket?

No, each ticket is valid for one guest.

I only got to see one movie - can I have a refund?

The $16 ticket for Box Office Binge is based on the average ticket price of one movie and one large popcorn, refunds are not available for guests that saw one movie.

I didn't get to see any movies - can I have a refund?

If there was no seating available for any of your desired movies, please see a team member to request your refund.
